Realtor Associate

Hello, let me introduce myself!  I am a Realtor Associate with Southern Properties and have been involved in real estate for 14 years in both Arkansas and Tennessee.  My past work experience has also been in the legal aspect of real estate while working for real estate attorneys.  I've dealt with development, construction, land sells, condo/townhouse sells, new home sells, and existing home sells.  In recent years I have received recognition as Top Salesperson of my office as well as being in the top ten percent (10%) of salespersons in North America for my franchise. I am a member of the Million Dollar Club and received the Sterling Society Award from my franchise in Arkansas.

I am a proud mother and NaNa, and share my daily routine with a miniature dachshund.  My activities include walking, gardening, sailing, traveling, reading, and following the Arkansas Razorbacks in all sports.

I have strong philosophies when it comes to real estate.

·         There is a house for every buyer!  I caution my buyers that while they are making the most important financial decision in their life, they will choose a house with emotions.  It is very important to communicate your needs and wants to your Realtor.  My job is to show you properties that meet these needs and wants while educating you about the current market.  This puts you in the position to make good decisions.

·         Sellers need help!  There are many pitfalls in the selling of real estate in today's world.  I encourage seller's property disclosure, lead base paint disclosure, home warranty and early termite inspection for your clearance letter. Also, I will provide a list of tips that will make a difference and give you quality showings.   Leave the marketing to me... I believe the most important marketing is to other Realtors.  They are working with qualified buyers.

·         Ask a Realtor!  I am a member of the local, state, and National Realtors Association and work under a Code of Ethics.  Continuing education is very important to me and I pursue this at various schools, seminars and conventions.  It is important for buyers and sellers to be comfortable with their Realtor in order to communicate.  I am a professional!
